WHAT IS GLUTEN-FREE?

A gluten-free goods is a method established to safeguard customers of celiac disease as well as other gluten-related problems by ensuring that food, beverage, or supplement satisfies rigorous gluten-free safety criteria. Gluten-free products do not contain wheat, barley, or rye, nor do they includes an ingredient arising from a gluten-containing grain that has not been processed to remove gluten, nor do they encompass an ingredient arising from a gluten-containing grain that has not been produced to eliminate gluten if it findings in 20 ppm of gluten or higher.

The most pressing concern is if a food product with the Certified Gluten-Free label is completely safe. In general, the answer to that question is yes. As you are aware, food producers go to tremendous lengths to gain certification, and they are likely to keep that degree of performance subject to yearly testing requirements.
