QUALITY IN HOTELS BY ISO 22483 CERTIFICATION

One of the most important indicators of tourist satisfaction in Florida is the quality of services of hotels, motels and resorts. This quality is defined for the first time in the world in the new standard of ISO 22483 edition 2020.

So far, we have faced the quality standards of hotel groups, each has defined the quality level of its group, and tourists have always suffered from differences in the level of standards.

You may also have encountered the issue of requesting services in one hotel that were free in other hotels, but you have been asked to pay for these services. The ISO 20 standard leads us to a level of uniformity of services in the tourism industry and in the hotel sector.

ACS Certification evaluates, audits and issues ISO 22483 certification for hotels motels and resorts. The validity of the certificate is three years and according to the findings of the initial audit, the surveillance audit is periodically renewed for six months or one year.

ISO 22483 was created as a tool for providing a positive visitor experience, increasing direct and indirect guest loyalty, and assuring the necessary framework for providing the minimal level of service required by a seasoned international traveler.

3-Safetv and security are including: Risk and accident prevention/ Food safety/ Personal hygiene/ Reception of food products/ Storage of food products/ Preparation/ Waste treatment/ Health safety /Security of people and assets/ Safety of building and facilities /Fire protection / Emergency management.

4-Maintenance requirements are including: Buildings and outdoor areas/ Equipment.

5-Cleanliness requirements: Cleaning plan / Cleaning of common areas/ Cleaning of rooms/ Cleaning of occupied rooms/ Cleaning of rooms after check-out/ Deep cleaning program/ Linen and laundry cleaning.

6-Supply management and guest satisfaction and feedback completion.
